This petition begs for strict regulations on citizens who sign petitions which ask for a specific state secession from the union. These regulations can include, but are not limited to educational requirements, IQ tests, functioning brain activity, the ability to solve 4th grade math problems, the ability to spell, and playing Hooked On Phonics.
