Enacting legislation that limits all congress to 12 years of service, no pension except the Federal Employee Retirement System that they must pay in to like other federal employees, only federal employee health benefits, they must not be exempt from Obamacare, and all leftover campaign funds must be donated to a legitimate, 501(c)3 charitable organization that they are not affiliated with in any way.
