regulate the cost of higher educations (public and private) and the interest rates charged by private lending instution

Created by A.B. on April 09, 2013

The cost of higher education would be regulated to not increase any higher than standard inflation and wage increases. The interest rates on private lending institutions would be capped and fixed for the life of the loan. No more variable rates that increase to 10% or more forcing college grads to spend all of their money on loan payments and less on helping the economy and housing market.
