Regulate the costs of the Health System; why is a pill that costs less than .50$ be sold at unimaginable profits?

Health Care is ridiculous in this country. Can Obama look at how other countries are handling health care and learn from them? Instead of creating a band-aid that will still have a huge affect in the working poor and working middle class?
