Declare drug manufacturing, health care, and health insurance "utilities" and regulate them as we do the power industry and the rates charged by that industry. Clearly, we have given these health care-related manufacturers and providers ample opportunity to get their costs under control, and all they do is take advantage of inevitable health needs to feed their greed because they know (think) we have no choice.
