Regulate the escalating cost of Part D Medicare supplemental insurance plans for seniors.

Insurance companies nation wide continue to manipulate costs upwards for Medicare Part D supplemental insurance plans. With the Social Security COLA non existent for the past two years we are struggling to pay for our medical needs. Seniors are at the mercy of these companies and desperately need a federa law to regulate the rising costs. Many of us will not survive because we will not be able to see a doctor,be admitted to a hospital or pay fo our medications.
