Comcast raises rates without notification to customers, and without any reasoning. They are also the only internet provider in certain areas, which creates a local monopoly on that service. Comcast has also bought out so many other cable providers, that there is no competition for cable service, causing rates to skyrocket. Service provided by Comcast is not user friendly or fairly divided, and internet only users get preference to streaming services, such as Netflix.
