Regulate the finances of car insurance companies to ensure fair coverage of customers and liabilities.

Created by A.S. on April 06, 2015

In the state of New Jersey many residents pay an outrageous amout of money to car insurance companies. However, these companies like GEICO and Allstate fail to cover most of the damage. For example, Joey pays Allstate $280 a month and gets into 3 fender-benders in 4 months. Allstate covers only some of the cost. Joey pays an additional $100 out of his pocket to finish fixing the car. He could have easily repaired the car at a local mechanic for $600-$750. This is a lot cheaper than the $1,220 Joey has spent in those 4 months. It is unfair to pay this much money in order to legally drive in the state of New Jersey.
