By using a system of RFID and micro controllers develop a system in which a gun will not fire or engage if the following requirements are not achieved.
1. The owner of the gun must be holding the gun. (fingerprint system will do)
2. The gun is not in a public space (RFID)
3. If the device is tampered with a key mechanism in the gun will be permanently disabled.
We have today the technology to make the gun smarter. By making the gun smarter you are able to eliminate public threats through use of technology, without limiting the public's right to bear arms.
