regulate harmful drugs that contain acetaminophen

Created by T.K. on November 06, 2014

Though the little pills we all seem to have in our medicine cabinets may seem harmful, the truth is far from that. The harms of acetaminophen overdose can be deadly. From simply not reading the recommended doses, to companies feeding the public misinformation, and even doctors who aren't giving their patients proper information, acetaminophen overdose can happen to anyone. The FDA has released a set of guidelines to consumers, companies, and doctors, however these recommendations for recommended dosages and labeling are voluntary . We can make a difference if we show that we are willing to support higher regulations on big companies, such as Tylenol.
