Regulate Health Care Costs and Regulate Insurance Companies Deductibles

There is a need for healthcare costs in this country to be regulated and not by the insurance companies who merely deny coverage or cover but then make people pay high deductibles thus foisting the costs off on the individual. There is also a need for insurance companies to be regulated so that they actually cover a patient's testing and healthcare without requiring the patient to pay a $1,000.00 deductible every year.
