Regulate the Health Care Industry so that ALL Americans are guaranteed Not-For-Profit Health Insurance.

The Declaration of Independence guarantees all Americans the right to "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness."
"Pursuit of Happiness" has long been interpreted as "Property." In fact, the Police Force was created to protect and ensure Americans' property.
Similarly, "Life" should be interpreted to mean "Health," since living a life without health is not truly living.
It should be the government's responsibility to care for its citizens on the most fundamental level: to ensure that each citizen is healthy and remains healthy; and to ensure that any citizen whose health is declining receives the medical care he or she needs to regain his or her health.
The US government should regulate health insurers, requiring them to provide basic health care at a non-profit rate to all citizens.
