Regulate how many guns one can own, have each person have a mental exam before purchase and follow up with the buyer.

In the wake of the latest school shooting in Newtown Connecticut,we need to be more aware of what goes on around us. We need to protect our children, our families and our country. Even though as stated in the constitution that we have the right to bear arms, we still need regulations. The number of guns should be limited as well as ammunition a person should have. Everyone should have to undergo a mental evaluation prior to purchasing a gun/guns. The person who sells the gun should follow up with the buyer often.
