Regulate Internet speed in major cities.

Internet in some areas are so slow nothing can get done. Another problem is that some people are paying for the internet speed they are not getting. The final problem is that internet is too expensive unlike other countries that pay 50-70% less for the same speeds. In major cities like: New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Philidelphia, etc should have regulated internet at at least 3-5mbs for daily activities.
