Regulate by law the maximum "miles per hour" cars can run, so it will dramatically reduce car accidents.

Created by J.R. on August 25, 2013

For years we have been dealing with the worst type of weapon available to everyone, cars. Anyone behind a steering wheel is a potential danger to others. Many people drive carefully, but it is getting increasingly popular to encounter people who drive recklessly(for fun) and many who drive under the influence of alcohol and even drugs. How many deaths a year are directly related to car accidents? Why, if the maximum speed limit in the majority of freeways is 60mph, do cars go up to and over 100mph-240mph. It should be illegal to create/design/sell vehicles that drive over 70mph, because it only causes more problems. Only law enforcement personnel should have access to cars with such high horsepower. How many more have to suffer before something is done about this?
