Everyday hard working Americans must be at the mercy of banks as they work to modify their mortgages and save their american dream. The banks have created mass confusion during the loan modification process. Paperwork is lost, bank reps do not communicate back, letters are sent to homeowners daily with different messages, foreclosures are filed while homeowners are working with bank.
We are requesting banks be held accountable & be regulated by doing the following
1. Educating homeowners on options
2.Creating a better system to receive paperwork
3. Set up complaint hotline 24 hours for homeowners
5.Denial letters should state reason for denial with a clear explanation on rights to fully understand and challenge denial
6..No foreclosure while negotiating
7. Stop senseless daily letters
