Regulate Major League Baseball and require it to schedule a minimum of one game to be played during the day each weekday

For the benefit of the people, the Government should require Major League Baseball, currently exempt from anti-trust laws, to schedule a minimum of one day game (with a start time falling between 12pm EST and 3pm EST) per weekday (with the exception of holidays).
