To ammend CFR regulating mandatory overtime so no laborer has to engage in 7 consecutive days of work involuntarily, nor work more than 72 hours in one week involuntarily, risking his health and safety, affecting family relations and freedom of religious beliefs and promoting unemployment by exploitation of hourly employees who for fear of being fired work extended shifts so the employer does not have to hire temporary employees , part time employees or full time employees.
