Imported toys, electronics, house hold items ending up in landfills and the cost of clean up can be eliminated if a regulation is passed that manufactures and importers only buy and sell items made of recyclable materials.
If the manufactures does need to use non-recyclable products, then the specific manufacturer should provide means to receive the product back from the consumer.
