Regulate Marijuana in the same manner as alcohol and tobacco in order to generate huge amounts of tax revenue, get rid of the "dealer" who now makes the money instead of the government, allows law inforcement to focus on the hard drugs that are saturating America and greatly decrease the population of non-violent felons who cost Americans a fortune to maintain. This is good economic sense and will take America a long way towards balancing it's budget. We need a sin tax, not a burden for the hard working tax payers. Lets focus on the big picture.
