The news media capitalizes on deaths of children slain by madmen in senseless acts of violence. The 24 hour news cycle is currently filled with information on the Newton, Ct. massacre and the name Adam Lanza. Precisely what this crazed madmen wanted and one of the prime motivating factors for committing such a heinous act.
We need to suppress the perpetrators name from the media. We should report on the event, but the perpetrator should be kept anonymous. Simply referred to as a madman and never publicly referred to by name.
Remove their names from the history books, do not give them the fame and glory that they seek through their infamy.
