The cost of medical education has increased alarmingly.

Physician education costs are closely tied to specialists available and health care costs which are increasingly unstable. Doctors are an integral part of society and with a significant fraction of the federal government's budget related to health care the cost of physician education must be regulated as the physician residency programs are.
