Regulate the motion picture industry concerning the depiction of death, dismemberment, rape, incest, mental anguish, or other unnatural acts of violence intended to create a favorable viewing experience for the patron.
The intent and spirit of this petition is to reduce the desensitization of the general public to visualizations of death and gore, which could potentially cause a person to not consider the outcome of violent actions as problematic.
Under this request we recommend an immediate ban on the following techniques for portraying the above concerns:
1.Use of assault weapons by civilians to cause harm
2.Dismemberment or disfiguring of a human as a result of one person intending harm to another person
3. Use of a sexual act as a means for causing harm to another person
