regulate online companies whom loan money to consumers within their own state as well as other states.

Created by B.M. on July 31, 2012

The regulation of on-line loan companies whom loan to consumers within the USA.

These laws would protect the consumer from paying more than the amount borrowed plus interest, protect them from the second loan illusion that collects interest until the first loan is paid off, protect consumers from these "interest only" payments that make it impossible to pay off and laws that protect consumers credit rating from being reported on as negative even though payments are being made on time.

I am an on-line loan shark victim. I borrowed $1,000 (one thousand dollars) and have paid back more than ten times that amount. Over $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) has been paid over a two year period and I still owe the entire amount borrowed.

Laws should be in place to stop this from happening to others.
