Regulate the petitions accessed and created on petitions.whitehouse.gov. Prohibit verbal attacks on American Citizens

Regulate all petitions created at petitions.whitehouse.org. Ensure all petitions created use formal writing. Ensure petitions created do not verbally attack, or threaten the rights of each individual who is a citizen of the United States. People cannot be exiled or denied citizenship, simply because they exercise their right to petition. This website needs to be regulated to ensure that proper language is being used, for the petitions are not to be taken lightly; nor are they meant to be interpreted as a joke.
