Phone companies tack on unfair fees which are completely unexplained on each phone bill. These fees are not nominal and add up to substantial annual hits to a families budget.
We petition the United States Government to regulate fees passed to the consumer by large phone companies. We ask that phone companies provide a detailed explanation what each fee is for and why it is being assessed.
We demand that phone companies stop taking advantage of their customers with these fees which are not described when signing up for a service.
This affects most Americans with cellular phone service.
