Regulate pollution especially in power plants by the EPA. The Supreme Court even says we can in Massachusetts v. EPA.

DO NOT LET SPECIAL INTERESTS DICTATE POLICY FOR EVERYDAY AMERICANS. We can not let them through their lobbying. These carbon emissions must be stopped.
