In 2004, the Department of Homeland Security DHS has issued an alert bulletin on these seemingly innocent kitchen appliance for the abhorrent possibilities of constructing an Improvised Explosive Device and its possible use for acts of terror and destruction to human life or property. It is time to do the right thing and ensure the safety of the American people to regulate Pressure Cookers or any similar devices that could be used to construct a similar device.
