Since airport security has made it impossible to bring one's own water supply for traveling (and water is a necessity not a want) - one should be protected from paying sky high prices for a small bottle of water. It should be regulated to protect the consumer.
Sadly the water fountains found at airports are of such poor water quality that this is not an option.
