Regulate prices between Automotive Parts Stores and small independent auto repair shops as part of economy stimulation.

If any person can go to an auto parts store and buy parts for their vehicles for the same price that an auto repair shop can buy them, then why not just replace the part and cut out the shop completely? In order for an automotive repair shop to generate the profit required to simply keep their doors open without opening the books to show you the expenses related to tools, equipment, technicians, training, benefits, insurances, licensing fees, taxes, heat, electricity, and the building, they are forced to mark up the price on parts because they no longer get them at a discount. Eventually this may cause shops to cut way back or to close their doors completely because they can't afford to pay the bills, leading to job loss, and higher unemployment rates. If regulated, jobs could be created.
