This petition is to regulate the recreational use of marijuana in all the states. I beileve if this petition was to pass, not only with the crime rate go down in states, but there will be a boost in the ecomony because so many people will want this to pass. This will also create new jobs for people. We would need people to farm it, harvest it & to put it on the market & tax. Just regulate it as we do alcohol.
