Since the discussion of banning guns will be long and protracted, begin immediately with regulation of ammunition. 1. Stop Internet sales of ammunition. Sales of ammunition should be confined to state run sites, with every bullet registered and accounted for.For example, homeowners looking to defend themselves should not require more than half a dozen bullets.
2.Assign an appropriate amount of bullets. Each bullet used needs to be accounted for. The same with hunters and recreational users.
