Regulate semi-automatic guns the same as fully automatic guns. Revolvers, bolt action rifles, and pump action shotguns should be more than adequate for hunting or personal protection. Since fully automatic guns were strictly regulated they haven't been used in criminal activities, and I'm comfidant the same trend would follow if semi-automatic guns were regulated the same way.
