Silica Quartz Dust, aka, fiberglass, mineral wool insulation and Flex Ducts nearly cost me my life in 2007. Exposed for 9 years to nuisance dust in Texas building. Litigated cause to Supreme Court for trial.....never got one! Corrupt Judges all the way to US Supreme Court! No voice as guaranteed by constitutional rights to trial! Medicaid in Texas won't help with proper identification of my multiple medical conditions due to fibrous glass, SILICA, embedded into my entire body, inside and out! STOP THE HOLOCAUST and the American Medical Assn.'s reticence to identify CANCER and the termination of innocent Americans. Gov. ban on flex ducts 2014, need to add SILICA to list!
