All 50 states should decriminalize, legalize, and regulate, and tax marijuana, just as alcohol and tobacco products are. Marijuana is beneficial as a recreational herb and is less harmful and more safe than tobacco and alcohol combined. There is absolutely no reason why a natural occurring plant that God created should be criminalized and classified as a Schedule I drug under the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C. § 811 ).
