The tattoo industry is in need of help mainly a national system of licensing,standards,and practices as well as severe repercussions to the breaking of the laws. To help stop the spread of dangerous and deadly infections like MRSA,and staph. As well as dangerous blood born pathogens .
1. A licensing system to which applying artists or shop owners must prove at least one year previous training in a professional shop and by professional mentor.
2. A national standard of practices that includes. Describing usable products, work surfaces, sterilization, and more.
3.Regulating pigment ingredients and safety. Regulating tattoo products to prevent faulty black market tattoo equipment.
5. As well as making it illegal to posses or sell tattoo equipment to unlicensed artists or shop owner
