Regulation of Dangerous Information and Training in Violence.

We the People believe that dangerous ideas, methods, tactics, and strategies should be closely regulated to ensure that those who are morally and/or mentally deficient may not obtain this information easily. It is our belief that the propagation of such information in the form of "Movies" and "Video Games", has, and will continue to encourage the use of violence by some who are not morally or mentally capable of discerning, or willing to acknowledge, the true impact of the violence they enact on others, as has been the case in several mass murders in recent history.
