The possibily of manipulated, and dishonest reports is real.
It is the responsibility of the FDA to manage, study, and regulate products sold that enter the body.
With out the FDA the possibility for actions such as fraud, misleading advertising, concluding to a safe alternative to a cigarrette can be advertised un-proved.
This petition exists to bring awarness to the possibilty of a potentialy life threatining product advertised as a safe alternative to tobacco products.
