Regulations to Restrict Media Companies from Spending on Lobbying/Consolidating to promote upgrading infrastructure

Created by W.I. on April 24, 2014

As consumers and businessmen, our country should have regulations that restrict the media companies such as Comcast and Verizon to spend less money on Lobbying and consolidating companies, and spend money on upgrading infrastructure and deliver a better experience for their valued customers. Such companies are looking at content providers to upgrade infrastructure rather than doing it themselves. Upgrading infrastructure will not only lower prices on products, but create valuable job opportunities for fellow Americans. Also restricting consolidation will promote the growth of local media companies that can offer our current products at a much lower cost. This will also save us consumers from having no option and paying more than we should for such products.
