Rehire Kenneth Tate, who escorted President Obama at the CDC but then was fired without cause or explanation.

Kenneth Tate, CDC security contractor, was assigned to escort the President Obama during a vist. As usual, he was issued his service firearm.
He then proudly escorted the President to the elevator, where the President chatted with him cheerfully, then Tate escorted him back to his limo, where he took some pictures.
Later, he was summarily fired for having a firearm and attempting to take a photo. No one informed him he was not to carry a firearm or take a photo. The CDC then let his son go, too.
