Sallie-Mae has for over a decade been participating in heinous activities. In the early 2000's they were caught in collusion with several colleges where they charged interest on money they never disbursed. They were in fact punished for this.
In the mid 2000's there are reports that they reset borrower passwords and provided no assistance until days later, after the loan incurred late fees. This would repeat every month.
NOW! They are forcing good credit borrowers, who pay their loans, into default simply because their co-signer passed away. Families are being ripped apart and good people put into ruin.
The government must step in and put an end to Sallie-Mae once and for all.
