Law abiding citizens and permanent residents who have meet the requirements of immigration laws have payed fees up to $6,000.00 USD or more to bring family members into the US. Alot of these individuals are service members. There is no reason why they are able to comply with current legislation but those who unlawfully enter the US can not. If the POTUS wants to issue an executive order allowing 5 million illegal aliens to stay and work in the US then he should refund all fees to those who have complied with immigration laws. If the president continues with this executive order and fails to reimburse those who have used the legal route to get family members into the US it will result in a class action lawsuit.
