The Department of Defense must be reimbursed for the six Furlough days that they were not paid for... The 90% of Federal Government Employees have been paid back but, not the DOD/DFAS Employee! Federal Government employees that are employed by the Department of Defense are the lowest paid Federal Government employee. We have not gotten a cost of living raise in over 4 years; our budget has been cut for any employee acknowledgement, recognition, raise, bonus, etc. Our Health Insurance options are so incredibly expensive that we are finding it hard to make ends meet. The Government is very strict on Security issues, bad credit etc., which the Government has caused.
