As several significant pro 2nd Amendment petitions grew closer to 25,000 signatures, the administration changed the limit to 100,000 on 15 Jan 2013. Setting the response limit to 100,000 on the eve of an Executive Order, concerning 2nd Amendment rights is immoral and un-ethical.
