Reimplement the STILL VALID Executive Order 11110, to give the US Treasury the right to create its own money once more.

We as American Citizens need to petition to have Executive Order 11110 reinstated. This would give the U.S. Treasury, once more, the right to create debt and interest free money (based on silver or gold) without going through the Federal Reserve Central Bank, which isn't even part of the U.S. Government. John F. Kennedy patrioticly issued this executive order in 1963 and was assinated soon after, it is still valid and has not been repealed, but yet the silver certificates were called back in in 1963 and destroyed. These United States Notes would've prevented much, if not all of the debt our government is in today, to the Federal Reserve.
