I believe that grandparents rights are non-existent in most of the country. My brother was a victim of Parental Alienation when his daughter was brainwashed by his soon to be ex wife. Before the divorce could be finalized the situation got ugly between the two and my brother seeing no other way for peace committed suicide. Now this woman is denying my entire family visitation and brainwashing the child to not like any of us. I don't expect my problem to be solved but I hope that maybe if attention is brought to this subject actions in the future can be made by officials to help stop this from happening. Things can look very grim to someone in similar situations and lawyers won't even touch these cases, telling us up front to keep our $2000 and it wont do any good.
