Reinforce security when government IT contractor company hire individuals from staffing company.it's big threat to U.S.A

There are lots of unqualified people get jobs in government IT contractor jobs in D.C. Those unqualified people get short intensive training at a small staffing companies for few weeks before getting a job. The staffing contractor companies made the individuals to put false IT work experiences and information on the resume. The resume transformed to completely different well work experienced resume. The staffing companies use the false work experiences which can't be easy to track down. The false work experiences are another contracting job somewhere in country side, rural area which can be hard to confirm. There are quite a large number of people get government IT contractors job like that. I can't believe that security system of U.S. Government is sometimes weak. Please einforce security
