Educational funds should be used to provide tablet computers, connectivity to the internet and interactive based education to equalize and standardize learning for grades K-12. Grants should be awarded to private firms that produce the most relevant learning modules to be taught. These internet based modules are mobile, accountable, and are extremely effective. Tablet computers should take the place of textbooks. Non-electronic paper-based books are easily outdated, expensive and irrelevant to current world situations. One set of textbooks would pay for a tablet computer that can be used throughout a student's education. Electronic textbooks are interactive, up to date and promote interest in learning. Internet capabilities should also be provided to families with limited resources.
