Understood that the threat of terror is only rising in the Eastern and Western world,
Understood that many active duty units constantly deploy and are often saddled with too much responsibility and not enough manpower for the mission,
Understood that many soldiers would actively volunteer for the fight against terror around the world,
and Understood that troops currently deployed are far outnumbered to accomplish any significant task,
We ask that the 12th Infantry Division, formerly the Phillippine Scouts, be raised from volunteers, and meet overseas demands.
The division will:
-Be a fresh organization
-Draw talent from screening volunteers
-Be a temporary measure, only renewed upon a new mission
-Draw from existing resources
-Be a cost effective measure
-Deploy within 9 months
