Reinstate the 2% 'tax holiday' on the Payroll Tax. This will keep your promise to not raise taxes on the Middle class.

During this administration's campaign and after during the negotiations to avoid the fiscal cliff, there were repeated pronouncements that this administration would not raise taxes on the middle class. But yet, there was a discontinuation of the 2% 'tax holiday' on the payroll tax. So, while you did not technically raise taxes - you did. We are not stupid. Keep your promise.
